History

BBC Earth was announced in 2013 as one of BBC Studios’ rollouts. The first launch took place on 1.02.15 in Poland. Now it’s broadcasted in most of Europe, Latin America, Asia, Australia, Canada, and in some regions of Africa.

Major projects

A documentary TV channel with premium factual programming. It broadcasts documentary series such as Frozen Planet, Wonders of the Universe, and many more hours of new content about animals, birds, and space are available for orders. A special project called BBC Earth Kids combines fun facts, amazing creatures, and a whole load of cool stuff about our planet. The channel also released a podcast that is dedicated to nature, as well as science and human experience.
